To ensure that we document, monitor and continually seek to improve our performance or rectify substandard results.  J. Furphy & Sons operates a system based on AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 which provides the framework for our process of improvement.  We are certified to ISO9001:2008 by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).  ISO9001:2008 Certificate

 

To measure our performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization.
