Every person at J. Furphy & Sons has a responsibility to themselves and to each other to ensure that:

We will ensure that an effective safety system is maintained which provides a basis for improvement to our safety performance. Our safety will reflect the requirements of all relevant Legislation, Regulations, Standards, Licences and Codes.

We will provide training to our staff to enable them to complete their tasks without injury.

We will communicate openly with each other regarding the application and effectiveness of our safety system.

We will ensure that our facilities operate in a way that does not compromise the health of ourselves, the community or the environment.
